Optimisation of maintenance processes

When optimising maintenance processes, we start by looking for the information that can be easily tracked down. By analysing the customers' central maintenance management system (CMMS), it is possible to investigate trends about the maintenance structure and to see where any interesting costs or other details occur.
In addition, interviews with maintenance technicians provide additional insights that cannot be provided from the CMMS. We provide maintenance definitions, so that no confusion can arise about the terminology at the customer.

The maintenance process itself is investigated: when is an order created, how is it processed, when was the order actually completed and who is responsible.
When the entire maintenance process and various trends have been analysed, we can set up Key Performance Indicators to monitor work orders, hours, priorities and notifications and accustom them if necessary.
When the entire process is monitored, it is possible to improve parts of this process in line with the maintenance policy of the customer.
