Midlife QMA Avenio tram

Verebus was commissioned to optimise the maintenance of the Avenio tram. This was achieved through the QMA methodology and sessions with knowledge experts (technical specialists, mechanics, and maintenance engineers). As a result, savings were realised across the entire lifecycle of the fleet.

FMECA ticket vending machines

To enhance the maintenance and user-friendliness of the ticket vending machines, Verebus facilitated FMECA sessions with maintenance engineers. This approach successfully improved maintenance.

FMECA zero emission bus drive system

Because the propulsion system of the zero-emission buses is new to HTM, Verebus was asked to provide support. We conducted an FMECA to map and optimise maintenance, to prevent unnecessary breakdowns.
