Our ILS engineers can assist you in developing a strategic maintenance policy, but can also guide you in the practical implementation of the maintenance policy. This contains:

• Making ILS plans for the systems/installations.
• Analysing maintenance data and deviations with regard to the desired integrity, availability, costs.
• Preparation of maintenance plans based on FMECA/RCM (analysis).
• Checking the RSPL (Recommended Spare Parts List) for maintenance.
• Setting up the configuration of installations in the information system of the customer.
• Improvement proposals for modifications and maintenance concepts.
• Drafting of test descriptions and reports.
• Creation of maintenance descriptions (cards, task lists, standards).
