Salary and other benefits

Our basic working conditions are laid down in the CAO Metalektro. We have an average salary pension plan, including a partner and dependent pension of which 50% of the contribution is paid by Verebus and 50% by the employee. Furthermore, we offer a discount on the health insurance rate when you participate in the collective health insurance plan. At the end of the year you will receive a year-end bonus as well as - if you have worked at least four months in the given year - an amount in accordance with the Profit Sharing Scheme.

Work/life balance

We help you achieve the right balance between work and personal life. The number of hours you work in a week is negotiable and we work with flexible work hours. Employees receive 27 days' vacation and 13 ADV days per calendar year, conforming to CAO.

Entertainment and sociability

A good health is important and enough exercise plays a vital role in staying healthy. That is why Verebus joined Company fitness Nederland. If you work out at one of the associated fitness clubs (more than 1000), the membership fee may be deducted from your pay. Each year, our personnel association organizes some entertaining activities, such as a visit to a musical or an amusement park and sporting activities. Members can join these activities free of charge.
